For EU countries Streaming Valley offers FREE standard shipping with PostNL (for orders above €150,-)
For countries outside the EU a shipping fee is charged based on destination.

- Dependable on stock the delivery time for orders within BeNeLux are approx. 1-2 workdays.
- The standard shipping delivery time for EU countries is around 5-14 workdays. (depends on destination)
- Express shipping € 25,- within EU around 3-4 workdays.
- Priority shipping € 35,- within EU is around 1-2 workdays.
How to initiate RMA & Returns?
YOU MAY INITIATE A RETURN OR EXCHANGE ONLINE OR BY PHONE.

Get an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number by filling out the online form found in the My Account section, or by contacting us by phone (+31317210310) - PACK YOUR ITEM PROPERLY
Place your item back into the original manufacturer’s packaging. Then place it and your invoice into an outer shipping box. Be sure to pack it properly so your item won’t get damaged. - SHIP YOUR ITEM WITH RETURN LABEL
Securely affix your return label to the outside of the shipping package. Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend you ship via insured service with a tracking number. We cannot be responsible for lost packages.

Pricing and VAT
All prices are net prices ex. VAT. All prices are with reservation and subject to change without notice.

Yes we ship to the UK, be aware that advertised pricing is exclusive VAT and Custom Duties/Taxes applicable in UK.Â
What is the provided warranty on products?
All items sold by Streaming Valley are provided a warranty identical to the provisions and limitations of the manufacturer’s warranty for such items, with the exception of the time period, which is equal to the term of the manufacturer’s warranty or one (1) year, whichever is less. Your warranty card and/or sales slip must accompany all items.
Used equipment is covered under a 90-day parts and labor warranty.
Streaming Valley will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise purchased from us. Streaming Valley liability is limited to the monetary value of the merchandise.
