Datavideo DAC-8P 4K SDI to HDMI Converter

The compact and rugged 4K SDI to HDMI Converter from Datavideo enables you to link SDI cameras or computers to pro-style HDMI monitors, projectors, or displays. This compact converter has one 12G-SDI input, one 12G-SDI loop output, and one HDMI output. It auto-detects and matches your SDI input to the HDMI output and is compatible with input/output resolutions up to DCI/UHD 4K60.

The pocket-sized converter supports re-clocking for stability over long cable runs and support for a wide range of pro broadcast resolutions. The converter features a sturdy metal housing with power and signal LED status indicators and rugged connector interfaces. The USB Type-C port facilitates firmware updates. A power supply is included with the converter.

The DAC-8P 4K is a broadcast-quality converter, and it supports up to DCI 4K (4096 x 2160) and UHD 4K (3840 x 2160). The DAC-8P 4K is also very easy to use. It is a plug and play converter, and there is no setting needed from your laptop. Built-in re-clocking on SDI output enables stable output over longer cable runs

The DAC-8P 4K provides a video converter from SDI to HDMI, and it also provides you an additional de-embedded 2-channel RCA analog audio output from SDI video to your live production.
