High-Quality 4K Video Encoding with Ultra-Low Latency
The Lumens OIP-D50E is a high-performance AV over IP encoder designed to deliver 4K video with ultra-low latency. When paired with the OIP-D50D decoder, it provides a scalable and flexible solution for transmitting high-quality video over standard Gigabit Ethernet networks, making it ideal for applications such as digital signage, video walls, and live events.
The 1G 4K AV over IP Encoder pairs with the separately available OIP-D50D decoder and extends an HDMI signal up to 4K30 4:4:4 and 4K60 4:2:0 over a Cat 5e/6/7 cable. The low-latency transmission is lossless and provides high-quality 4K video with embedded audio over long distances for your 4K displays, video walls, and digital signage applications at schools, retail locations, or houses of worship.
The encoder features HDMI and VGA inputs that transmit to the separately available decoder via the RJ45 LAN output. It supports IR passthrough using its 3.5mm IR input and output, and receiver/extender cables are included. It can also be remotely controlled via RS-232 using a dedicated 9-pin D-sub port. Other features include power via PoE, KVM functionality, and daisy-chaining multiple units. The durable metal housing allows you to safely use and mount the decoder in just about any indoor conditions.
